Re-activate a Deactivated License

On rare occasions, your license may become deactivated because of a Windows system error.

To re-activate your license, follow these steps...

Step 1 -In Windows Explorer navigate to the folder "C:\Users\Public\Ticket"

Step 2 - Delete the file "GBTEOSProduct2.Ticket"

Step 3- Start GBTimelapse and click "No" when prompted to restore the license.


Step 4 - When the Activation dialog appears, enter your Serial Number and re-activate the license.


Step 5- If you are using the Pro version, select  the menu item "Help/Product License" and Retrieve your password to enable the Pro features.
